THE East Coast Harvest Odyssey (ECHO) Festival is the love child of local arts identity and singer Ange Boxall, born in 2019.
To be held on March 31 – April 2 at Swansea, the program brings together chefs, winemakers, producers, musicians, artists, scientists and story-tellers.
Known for weaving together taste, smell, sight, sound and touch, the festival will have a waterbirds theme this year with a focus on the black swan.
It will be held on the fringes of Swansea.
